Established in 1979 by the Town of Kingsville, the KBIA works to create the best possible environment for businesses to succeed—through local beautification, smart community growth, tourism promotion, and providing valuable resources and tools to our members.

All commercial businesses, property owners, and service providers within the KBIA boundaries are automatic members, while businesses outside our area can join through our Associate Membership program. From marketing support and streetscape enhancements to seasonal events and business recruitment, the KBIA fosters a vibrant and welcoming downtown for visitors and locals alike. Together, we’re shaping a stronger, more connected community and building a bright future for Kingsville businesses.
